GULF OF THAILAND (June 19, 2018) - USS Mustin (DDG 89) sails alongside Royal
Thai Navy ship HTMS Bangpakong (FFG 456) ,HTMS Taksin (FFG 422) ,HTMS Naresuan (FFG 421) during a visit, board, search and
seizure (VBSS) exercise in support of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training
(CARAT) Thailand 2018. The Multilateral (CARAT) exercise, in its 2nd iteration
and involving the U.S., Singapore and Thailand, is designed to enhance mutual
capabilities in a broad spectrum of naval warfare that enable partner navies to
