กองทัพเรือไทย-กองทัพเรือสหรัฐอเมริกา ฝึกผสม CARAT 2019 ทำการฝึกในทะเล...ซึ่งมีกำลังทางเรือและอากาศยานที่เข้าร่วมฝึกในส่วนกองทัพเรือไทย ได้แก่ เรือหลวงภูมิพลอดุลยเดช เรือหลวงนเรศวร เรือหลวงตากสิน เรือหลวงบางปะกง เรือหลวงรัตนโกสินทร์ เรือหลวงอ่างทอง เรือหลวงลาดหญ้า เครื่องบินต่อต้านเรือผิวน้ำ (F-27) เครื่องบินลาดตระเวน (DO-228) เฮลิคอปเตอร์ปราบเรือดำน้ำ (S-70B) และเฮลิคอปเตอร์ลำเลียง (Bell-212) และในส่วนของกองทัพเรือสหรัฐฯ ได้แก่ USS ANTIETAM-CG 54 (ANT) USNS MILLINOCKET-T-EPF 3 (MNT) USS PATRIOT-MCM 7 (PAT) USS PIONEER-MCM 9 (PIO) USNS SALVOR (SVR) USMC (MRF-D TASK FORCE) และ เครื่องบิน MPRA P-8A
