ทางกองทัพอากาศรัสเซียได้รับ เครื่องบินขับไล่ทิ้งระเบิดพิสัยไกล Su-34 Fullback เพิ่มเติมอีก 4 เครื่อง เมื่อวันที่ 28 ธันวาคม
กองทัพอากาศรัสเซียได้สั่งซื้อเครื่องบินขับไล่ทิ้งระเบิดพิสัยไกล Su-34 Fullback จำนวน 70 ลำ ซึ่งได้เริ่มมีการผลิตเพื่อส่งมอบตั้งแต่ปี 2008 และจะทยอยส่งมอบจนครบตามจำนวนที่สั่งซื้อภายในปี 2015 ราคาต่อเครื่องของ Su-34 ประมาณ 36 ล้านดอลลาร์
ปัจจุบันกองทัพอากาศรัสเซียได้รับ Su-34 เข้าประจำการแล้วจำนวน 16 เครื่อง
